Video Analysis Sessions

Our video analysis sessions give you a detailed breakdown of your technique, helping you progress faster and ski with greater confidence.

What Is Video Analysis?

Video analysis is one of the most powerful tools in adaptive ski coaching. By viewing videos of your skiing, you can break down different technical aspects into small sections and then plan how to improve them.

Your instructor reviews the footage with you in real time and together, you'll identify what's working and build a clear plan for improvement.

For adaptive skiers, this is especially valuable. Subtle compensations and asymmetries that develop over time can be spotted and addressed before they become ingrained habits.

How It Works

01

film your skiing

You film as many clips as possible from different angles and submit this by email before the session. Or, you ASC instructor films you on a lesson and then analyzes the footage during an online session.

02

Detailed Review

We sit down together and go through the footage frame by frame. Your instructor explains what they see and how it can be improved while answering any questions you may have.

03

Personalised Plan

You leave with a clear, written summary of your strengths, areas to develop, and specific drills to practise on your own or in future lessons.

Who Benefits Most

Returning Skiers

If you've been skiing for a few seasons and feel stuck at the same level, video analysis often reveals the small technical habits holding you back.

Adaptive skiers

Skiers using adaptive equipment — sit-skis, outriggers, mono-skis — benefit enormously from seeing how their equipment and body work together.

Nervous Skiers

Seeing yourself ski confidently on video can be a powerful confidence boost, helping you trust your ability and push your comfort zone.

solo skiers

For those who regularly ski alone with nobody else to provide feedback or in locations where they are unable to take adaptive lessons, video sessions can be a great tool to help improve.
